Track Your Order
We make it easy to keep an eye on your order. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your package.
📦 How to track your order
- Check your inbox — every order gets a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Search your inbox for "ELROHI" or the order number.
- Log into your account — if you created an ELROHI account at checkout, you'll find tracking info under My Orders.
- Use the carrier's website — once you have your tracking number, you can enter it directly at the carrier's site (DHL, FedEx, La Poste, USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc).

- 🇫🇷 France: 2–4 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 4–7 business days
- 🇬🇧 Rest of Europe: 5–9 business days
- 🌎 Americas: 7–14 business days
- 🌏 Asia-Pacific: 10–18 business days
- 🌍 Middle East & Africa: 10–20 business days
❓ Tracking troubleshooting
My tracking hasn't moved in a few days — international packages sometimes pause for 2–5 days during customs clearance. This is normal.
Tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive it — check with your neighbors and any safe drop locations. If you still can't find it, email us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
I lost my tracking number — email us with your order number and we'll resend it.
